Creative Cowgirl Consignment Seller Terms & Conditions

Creative Cowgirl Consignment is a curated space for new or gently used designer horse show apparel. By submitting an item for consignment, you agree to the following terms:

Preapproval & Intake

  • All items must be preapproved before shipping.
  • To begin, email a clear photo of your item to punchycouturebrand@gmail.com
  • When submitting your photo, please include:
    • Designer’s name
    • Original purchase price
    • Approximate age of the item
  • Once approved, you will receive a Creative Cowgirl Consignment Contract.
  • We will not list any item without:
    • A signed contract
    • The $25 listing fee paid in full
  • Include a completed consignment form in your package when shipping your item to us. Items without a form will not be processed.  Click here to download our consignment form.

 Consignment Duration

  • We hold each item for up to one year.
  • If your item does not sell within that time, you may request it back.
  • We cover return shipping for unsold items upon request, after the one year mark.

Fees & Commission

  • A $25 listing fee is charged per item.
  • We retain 20% of the final sale price.
  • Payment processing fees (PayPal or credit card) are the responsibility of the consigner.

Marketing & Sales Channels

  • Creative Cowgirl Consignment will photograph, market, and sell your item.
  • Items may be listed on our website, social media, or other promotional platforms.

 Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Once sold, we handle packaging and shipping to the buyer.
  • You’ll be notified when your item sells and receive payment minus fees.
